MatriZone ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MatriZone mobile application and related services (the "Service"). 2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
- Profile information: wedding date, location, budget range, preferences, photos, and any other details you choose to add.
- Communications: messages you exchange with vendors, requests, quotes, reviews, and support inquiries.
- Payment information: when you make a purchase or booking, payment details are processed by our secure payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs.
- Usage data: features you use, pages you view, search queries, and interactions with vendors.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address or device settings, used to surface nearby vendors. Precise location is collected only with your permission.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used in our web properties to remember preferences and analyze traffic.
2.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in using a third-party provider (such as Apple), we receive basic profile information from that provider in accordance with your privacy settings on their service.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and provide the Service.
- Match you with vendors that fit your preferences, location, and budget.
- Facilitate communication, bookings, and payments between you and vendors.
- Send service-related notifications, reminders, and updates.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
